Directions
Pettibone’s Tavern
Take exit #39 (Farmington-Route
4), follow route 4 to the second light. Turn right
on Route 10 North. Follow Rte. 10 into Avon to second
light. (Approximately 10 Minutes) At the stop light,
cross over Rte 44 to Nod Road. Follow Nod Road to
stop light. Take left, cross over the bridge and Pettibone’s
Tavern will be on the right at the corner of Rte 185
and Rte. 10/202.
If heading North on I-91,
follow to Rte 9 North. Follow Rte 9 to exit #32. Follow
directions from I-84 above. If heading South on I-91,
follow to exit #40. (Bradley International Airport)
This will put you on Rte. 20 West. Continue to center
of Granby. Turn left on Rte 10 South. Follow Rte.10
into Simsbury until you reach the intersection of
Rte 10 and Rte 185.
From Winsted/Torrington,
take Rte 44 East into Avon. Take Left onto Rte. 10
North. Follow six miles into Simsbury. Pettibone’s
Tavern is on the corner of Rte 10 and Rte 185.
From Hartford, take Rte. 44 West over Avon Mountain
into Avon. At the base of the Mountain at the light,
turn right on Nod Road. Follow Nod road until it ends.
Take a left and cross the bridge. Pettibone’s
Tavern will be on the right.
